Ranbir surprised his fans in a very fun way. The official handle of the production house has shared the video in which Ranbir’s fans are seen appreciating him while he is surprising them by tearing up the poster and making a rocking entry. On the other hand, his female fans were seen getting emotional and hugging the ‘actor. It was truly a ‘phata poster nikla hero’ moment.
In the video, Ranbir is heard saying, “My fans were specially invited today to launch the poster of my film Shamshera. But there was a small twist. They didn’t know I was going to meet them and spend time with them.”
The story of ‘Shamshera’ is set in the fictitious city of Kaza, where a warrior tribe is imprisoned, enslaved and tortured by a general Shudh Singh who is ruthless and authoritarian. The story is all about a man who became a slave, a slave who became a leader and then a legend for his tribe. He rigorously fights for his tribe’s freedom and dignity.
Directed by Karan Malhotra, the film also stars Sanjay Dutt and is set to release in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu on July 22, 2022.
