Every Googlebook is crafted from premium materials such as aluminum, magnesium alloy, and carbon fiber, ensuring they are lightweight, sleek, and durable. The laptops include touchscreens with resolutions up to 2.8K, designed for outdoor visibility without glare.
Our partners have meticulously refined the features you use most frequently. We are reintroducing the Glowbar, which animates during startup, displays battery status, and supports other interactive patterns. Developers can access Glowbar to create custom animations.
In collaboration with Intel, Qualcomm, and MediaTek, Googlebook ensures performance that meets the demands of developers and creators. At launch, choices between the Intel Core Ultra Series 3 and Snapdragon X Elite processors are available, each paired with advanced NPUs offering over 45 TOPS of on-device AI capability, enabling the execution of complex AI tasks quietly.
Starting at $899, each Googlebook includes a year of Google AI Pro, providing 5TB of cloud storage and access to Gemini Advanced tools, along with three months of YouTube Premium, Adobe Photoshop, and more. Googlebook OS offers regular updates and feature additions for up to 10 years.
Pre-orders can be made through the Google Store, Best Buy, and other selected retailers. The devices will be available on October 4 in the U.S., and on October 5 in Canada, the U.K., Ireland, France, Germany, and Australia.
